My name is Nick Hand and I live in Palmer, Alaska. I've always loved working with computers, and graphic design just seemed to pique my interest the most, so I did whatever I could to pursue that.
Aside from working on my computer, I enjoy playing sports, and listening to, as well as playing, music. I've played piano and guitar for years, and dabble on the drums and bass as well.
My inspiration for designs is hard to find sometimes, but is most often found from things around me. Taking these natural elements and applying them to the digital design is where I start most my works.
I currently work in Anchorage, Alaska. I've been working there since June of 2007 as an in-house graphic/web designer. I work alongside a team of developers, so I am getting more and more familiar with the web development side of the industry.
I graduated from Full Sail with a Bachelor's degree in Digital Arts & Design, as well as the following certificates -
