Angler's History

Anglers Beachside Bar and Grill, a Fort Walton Beach restaurant has been open since 1999. It stands at the entrance of the long time landmark, Okaloosa Island Pier. Dan Empson, co-owner and his staff will make sure to make your families dining experience at Angler's a memorable one, especially for the kids.

Anglers pays tribute to the history of its location by displaying vintage photos of the area all through out the restaurant. It makes the best of it's location for dining with a large covered, enclosed and heated deck during the chillier months of winter. During the summer months, the deck is wide open to the fresh breeze and beautiful view over looking the Gulf of Mexico.

A Little About Angler's

The seating inside has large booths that allow privacy and no smoking. But if your preference is to visit the bar, there is plenty of room and it opens up to your first step on the pier. The pier area has tables covered with large umbrellas during the warmer months to help diners capture the beautiful sunset while enjoying their evening at Anglers.

Location is the initial attraction here at Anglers, but what should keep you coming back is the food. With varied menus for lunch and dinner, a kids menu and Sunday brunch from 10-2 there are plenty of choices.

Kids Playground located on the beach, your children can play for hours and parents can watch them from the deck while dining.
